Subject: Planning Commission 813 North Euclid
To whom it may concern,
Putting a convenience store at this corner will attract more traffic and people that are only
passing through to an already populated corner. We live at the condos on the NE corner of
Euclid/Hazard and have limited parking spaces because of fire zones. We currently have to
park along Hazard street on the south side where this 7-11 wants to be built. This will not
only take away our parking along the street, it also poses safety issues.
It is currently a peaceful community altogether here and this 7-11 will bring down our home
values, invite crime, and create an unsafe neighborhood. We do not support this build! Please
take this into consideration. Our family has been here since the mid eighties, over thirty years,
as responsible tax payers of the city of Santa Ana and we would like to continue to live
here but not if the city allows for and welcomes crime and safety issues with a convenience
store here. There are already stores within a half mile radius every which way you turn, there
is no need for one here.
Thank you for your time in this matter.
