As a long time stakeholder in the city of Santa Ana, there is excellent support for the construction of One Broadway
Plaza in downtown Santa Ana. People want to live and work in downtown Santa Ana. There is a willingness to
invest by residents and others, but by business members who see a bright future for the city of Santa Ana.
We must support our housing stock and our business community to continue to invest in the future of Santa Ana.
The opportunities for residences to have a place to call home within the downtown area. The project is self-
sufficient in the ability to house and handle the parking situation in the downtown area. Many folks will be able to
walk to work and shop locally. The affordability of the project should be based on market rate and what the
community can sustain based on the economy.
