Thank you     From: Lisa Ganz [mailto:laganz@hotmail.com]  Sent: Saturday, March 21, 2020 1:16 PM To: Bernal, Sarah <SBernal@santa-ana.org>; New General Plan <NewGeneralPlan@santa-ana.org>; Carvajal, Verny <VCarvajal@santa-ana.org>; mmclaughlin@santa-ana-org <mmclaughlin@santa- ana-org.santa-ana.org>; Nguyen, Kenny <knguyen@santa-ana.org> Subject: Item 5 on the 3/23 Planning Commission Meeting GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT NO. 2020-01 AND ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 2020-02 LOCATION: 1109 North Broadway located in the One Broadway Plaza Specific Development No. 75 (SD-75) zoning district.   I realize this item may be continued to another date, however, I'd like to express my concerns that ANY new development or zoning changes are being considered until the General Plan is updated.    Santa Ana is the most dense city in OC and the second dense in the state.  Santa Ana City Planning documents consistently make the statement the "the city is nearly built out." SCAG reports that So Cal has the worst congestion in the country for the last 2 decades.    Please take a responsible approach to development and restore our quality of life. No new high density or Urban Dev projects. More parks, open space, better streets/timed lights, desirable retail, single family homes that fit the neighborhoods.    Thank you, Lisa Ganz
