My name is Sal Ceja I’m a resident here at French Park. We need this project here in Santa Ana it would be a great
opportunity for the youth to become a craftsman. I went thru apprentice program with The Electrical Local 441. This
city is rich in life. I enjoy getting of work and going to Fourth Street Market grab something to eat at Alta Baja get a
coffee at portola life’s been good to me here in Santa Ana. It be good labor project.
