Subject: Addendum One / One Broadway Residential
Hello,
Just wanted to voice support in the pivot for One Broadway to allow for residential housing.
If you look at what Dan Gilbert is doing in Downtown Detroit, many of his revitalization projects are a mix
of retail/residential/office/hotel.
Getting people to activate that part of Santa Ana beyond the typical 9-5 is what our growing downtown
needs.
