Hello Planning Commision,
My name is Israel Mosqueda and I'm an Organizer for the International Brotherhood of
Electrical Workers local 441 Orange County. I'm writing today in show of my strong support
for the Development of the ONE Broadway Plaza project. This Marquee project will not only
bring economic prosperity and integrity to the area. It will offer lasting career opportunities for
the local youth. There's a group by the name of MC3 that is being led by Century High School
in Santa Ana. The goal of this group is to provide the graduating Students access into the good
paying skilled jobs with free training offered by our local labor Unions. A project of this
magnitude will provide the kind of opportunities Century High School and others are striving
for. This could allow for Local youth that graduated from Local Schools to work within their
community and start training for a career, tuition free while earning a paycheck instead of
accumulating debt.
Thank you for your time and I hope you approve this much needed development.
