Commissioner Murashie pulled for the separate discussion; expressed concern regarding
current landscape condition; suggested that the matter be continued to the next meeting.
Commission generally agreed that the applicant does intend to improve the current
landscape condition. Commission requested that staff monitor the property for landscape
improvement, and update the photo on the historic resources registry.

architectural style of the property. Assistant City Attorney advised Commission that the
