Re: Second and Final Extension of Lease — 3750 W. McFadden Ave.. Suite 1 (Westend Substation)
Dear Mr. Kelter
On July 27. 2020. the City provided notice to Rio Vista of its intent to renew this lease which was set to
expire on October 31. 2020, as detailed in the Panics first extension of the lease (A-2018-212-01). Since
November 1. 2020. the City has continued its use of the leased property referenced above. Pursuant to
Section 45, regarding amendments signed by the Parties. and Section 49 of Exhibit'9" (--Option to Renew-)
of Agreement No. A-2018-212 entered into by Rio Vista West, LLC and the City of Santa Ana, dated July
1. 2018. the Parties agree to extend the time period of said Agreement for an additional one (1) year period.
from November 1. 2020 to October 31. 2021. In addition. as provided under Section 49. rent shall be based
upon Option 2 ($2.782 per month). The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed
to cover this extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force
and effect.
