The City of Santa Ana encourages the
public to participate in the decision -
making process. The following notice is
being provided so that you can ask
questions, make comments and stay
informed about changes in land use, fees
or other projects that might be important
to you. We encourage you to contact us if
you have any questions.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN- The City
Council of the City of Santa Ana will
consider adopting an ordinance. The title
of the ordinance is as follows:
ORDINANCE NO. NS-XXXX - AN
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING AMENDMENT
APPLICATION NO. 2020-05 REZONING
THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 2530
AND 2534 WESTMINSTER AVENUE
FROM GENERAL COMMERCIAL (C2)
TO SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT NO. 97
(SD-97) AND ADOPTING SD-97 FOR
SAID PROPERTY
Meng Time and Date:This matter will
be heard on Tuesday, February 2, 2021
at 5:45 p.m. In light of COVID-19, the City
Council will be conducting the meeting in
a virtual environment. All interested
persons can refer to the following link on

information and instruction for
participating in the meeting online.
