This addendum to the DOJ-Sexual Assault Evidence Submission Grant 2019-2020 Memorandum of

Understanding (MOU) is to update the awarded amount Section of the MOU between the California
Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Santa Ana Police Department. The DOJ provides reimbursement to
grant award recipients for the purpose of submitting and testing untested sexual assault evidence.
The purpose of this addendum is to decrease funds by $1, thereby decreasing the total award amount to
$52,048.

Upon agreement and signature of all parties, this addendum will become part of the existing MOU
