Good evening,
After reading the report for Item 15 for grant services, what procurement method was used? Did the City find a
grant expert, or go with a request for proposals for these services?
The staff report does not discuss public work’s efforts selecting this candidate and I am concerned it was sole
source rather than finding the best candidate fairly. If I am correct, the city has had rotating consultants
preparing grant services and with an agency that is mostly grant funded, why the permanent deficiency?
