Pursuant to Section 6 ("Tenn") of Agreement No. A-2017-070 entered into by Carpenter Rothans
& Dumont, LLP, and the City of Santa Ana, dated April 18, 2017, the time period ofthe Agreement
is hereby further extended for an additional one (1) year period, from July 1, 2021 through June
30, 2022. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
extension. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and
in full force and effect.
