In support of El Indio Botanas Y Cerveza's (El Indio) upcoming hearing, I wanted to affirm that local residents and community members stand for the approval of their Type 47 Liquor License. Throughout the past 3-4 years, I have seen El Indio thrive and flourish amongst Santa Ana residents, whom had a deep desire for a cultural establishment that radiates Mexico's beautiful ambience and delicious foods/drinks. Amidst a raging pandemic, I saw how El Indio abided by local, County, State and federal mandates -- as best as they could. Shutting down is no easy process; however, El Indio managed, and it's organizational and business skills maintained. As a next-door neighbor here at Broadway Apartments -- and a public sector employee who understands the stringency of bureaucracy/red tape, please take into consideration this email. Thank you, Oscar Ramirez
