Tustin Avenue. This site has been sitting empty for at least 10 years and has always been an eyesore in the neighborhood. This is a win-win for all. Shouldn’t we be thankful that this retailer wants to come to Santa Ana and wants to invest money to build new retail?! Especially during these times of COVID-19, any new retailers who provide a necessary service are a huge benefit to the community. I would have to believe that the $200K annually in tax revenue to the city would also be a huge plus! Shannon Bradley Grateful/Hopeful Neighbor
