Dear Sarah Bernal, Recording Secretary, Santa Ana Planning Commission
RE: 2230 North Tustin Ave Submission - May 26th meeting
I would like to voice my strong support for the proposed 2 story commercial building and fueling
station.
The subject site has sat empty for over 10 years and had been an eyesore in the neighborhood.
In these times of COVID 19, any new retailers are a huge benefit to the community.
I also understand from the applicant that the proposed fueling station will contribute over $200,000
annually in tax revenue to the city.
This is a win-win all around and we should be thankful that this retailer wants to come to Santa Ana
and wants to invest money to build new retail!
