The subject site has sat empty for well over 10 years and had been an eyesore in the neighborhood. It has been discussed that the proposed fueling station will contribute over $200,000 annually in tax revenue to the City. Also, this retailer in moving forward during these times of COVID19 (which is tough) and wants to invest in Santa Ana. They will be a great benefit and a good fit for the community.
