Good Afternoon,
I am the owner of Plumfield School at 2112 E. Santa Clara Ave which is adjacent to the
proposed site.
While I do not oppose the driveway issue, I do have concerns about a 24 hour gas station thatis selling alcohol next door to a preschool and kindergarten.
Also, I am requesting that a cinder block wall that can withstand a car at 35mph be erected
along the property line. This wall should be built before any other construction takes place onthe property as there are children playing on the opposite side of that fence.
