Good Morning,
The above address has sat empty for over 10 years. It is an eyesore amidst an otherwise busy and
healthy retail area. During this COVID 19 crisis, any new retailers and development is a benefit to the
community and commercial real estate in general.
In addition to new development finally occupying an empty lot on a busy corner, it is also my
understanding that the proposed business would contribute over $200K annually in tax revenue. This is a
positive scenario that will bring additional jobs and commerce to the city of Santa Ana.
