It is an eyesore amidst an otherwise busy and healthy retail area. During this COVID 19 crisis, any new retailers and development is a benefit to the community and commercial real estate in general. In addition to new development finally occupying an empty lot on a busy corner, it is also my understanding that the proposed business would contribute over $200K annually in tax revenue. This is a positive scenario that will bring additional jobs and commerce to the city of Santa Ana.
