Thanks, Vince. Good luck at the Planning Commission; the amended ordinance makes a lot of sense.
I’m trying to calculate the maximum allowable sales prices for Moderate Income units for 2, 3 & 4
bedroom units, and was wondering if you, KM, or any other builders have recently prepared a table
showing monthly allocations for utilities, mortgage rates, insurance, etc. that would be included in
the 30 percent allocation for monthly payments.
Looking for some guidance or assumptions used on other projects.

The Agenda for the August 3, 2020 Special Planning Commission meeting is now available on the City’s
website.
In accordance with California Governor’s Executive Order N-25-20 regarding the Brown Act and guidance
from the California Department of Public Health on gatherings, please note the following:
On August 3, 2020, the Planning Commission will hold an open regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. via
teleconference. There will be no in-person public meeting location.
To watch the open meeting at 5:30 p.m.:

Commission Meeting
Ø Visit the City’s YouTube site at youtube.com/cityofsantaanavideos/live
To provide a phone comment on agenda items and non-agenda items:
Ø You may comment by phone while the meeting is in progress by calling 669-900-9128. Enter
Meeting ID: 315 965 149# when prompted. While the item that you would like to comment on is
being discussed, dial *9 to let us know that you want to speak. You will have 3 minutes to state
your name, whether you are in support of or in opposition to the item, and why. If you are calling
in and watching YouTube, please turn your volume down on YouTube to limit any feedback when
you speak.
