Edinger Avenuelocated in Light Ind (M1) zoning District - Date:Friday, August 21, 2020 3:30:01 PM Good Afternoon, I am writing to you in regards to the Planning Commission Action for the project located at 1619,1621 and 1623 E. Edinger Avenue in Light Ind (M1) zoning District. We are the owners for the project at 1636 – 1640 E. Edinger Avenue, Santa Ana located directlyacross from this project that you will be voting on for a Conditional Use Permit to expand theexisting medical clinic and a Variance No. 2020-03 to allow a reduction in the City’s required off- street parking standards by approximately 26 percent. We are very concerned and oppose this expansion and variance as it will undoubtably impact the parking at our project should there not beenough parking for the medical clinic. Clients from the medical facility will park in our property andillegally cross the street to enter the medical clinic. Our parking is for our tenants and their visitors and is private property. We would like for your to take into consideration the surrounding project that will be impacted withpeople illegally parking on the property should you agree to move forward with this Conditional Use Permit and Variance for the project located at 1619, 1621 and 1623 East Edinger Avenue, Santa Ana.
