Dear Planning Commissioners and City Council:
Subject: item # 2 3rd&Broadway project
I am writing for approval for the “3rd and Broadway” project. This project would enhance the
ambience and enhance the historic feel of Downtown Santa Ana. The idea of a more pedestrian friendly environment, like that of Santa Monica and Denver, is
ideal for both customers and businesses alike.Having an active Plaza on Sycamore willprovide more opportunities for the residents to enjoy street fairs, artist openings and famers
and flea markets. This project is important for facilitating the revitalization of Santa Ana and our economic
outlook. I encourage you to approve the 3Rd and Broadway Project.
