Hello,
My family and I have been Santa Ana residents for 4 generations. We strongly opposed the 4th and
Mortimer Mixed-Use Development. Santa Ana is overpopulated, and this project will make it worse.
Overpopulation compromises the quality of life for every Santa Ana resident. We urge the city council
members to vote against this project. Santa Ana needs more single family homes not enormous buildings
that create more density.
