Dear Mayor and members of the City Council,
My family has lived on 5th Street across from the 4th & Mortimer project site for three
generations. I look at this property every day, across the street from my front porch.
Please approve this project. It will greatly improve the view and feeling of our
neighborhood. We are tired of looking at the empty lot between Mortimer and Minter.
This project will enhance the neighborhood and make a safer, more walkable
neighborhood.
