Hello,
Regarding this project it is nearby Saddleback Neighborhood and my concern is the traffic that
it might create going west on 4th st. to Grand Ave. Saddleback View egress and ingress tothe neighborhood is through three streets on 4th St, Linwood Ave, Eastside Ave, and McClay
st. As it is during high traffic period in the morning and later afternoon on the weekdays carsgoing west back up past to Eastside Ave due to the the traffic light at Grand Ave. This
project will bring additional cars into the area creating additional back up at the intersection of4th st and Linwood, Eastside, and McClay St.
I strongly recommend that the planning commission mitigate this issue by requiring posted
signs indicating not to block the intersections and paint stripes on the pavement at eachintersection to prevent cars from blocking the egress and ingress to the neighborhood.
