Dear Sir/ Madam:
I am voicing my opposition to the PROPOSED PROJECT : TO CONSTRUCT A NEW EIGHT-UNIT
CONDOMINIUM DEVELOPMENT ON 301 AND 305 NORTH MOUNTAIN VIEW STREET for the
following reasons:
1. Congestions that will occur with the construction along with the use entitlements.
2. Oppose the tentative proposal to change the GENERAL PLAN LAND USE DESIGNATION
AND ZONING OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTIESI ON THE BLOCK STRETCHING FROM FIRST
STREET TO FIFTH STREET.
There is already so much congestions with many condominium projects and apartments already
constructed in the area and what we need are more parking spaces to accommodate cars for people
living in the area.
Unless there is a proposal to address the congestion and the parking issues, the Planning Commission,
should defer the approval of this application.
