Re: 301 and 305 North Mountain View Street
I own a condominium right beside the proposed development (301 and 305 North
Mountain View) and served as board member in our HOA for many years. Together
with my fellow homeowners, we've witnessed the area's growth over the years and
experienced both its positive and negative ramifications. At this point, however, the
area has become too crowded so we don't wish to see any further increase in density.
Moreover, street parking has been a huge problem among all street residents ever
since, and it's only gotten worse over time. This proposed new development will only
aggravate the parking situation. For these reasons, we're totally against changing the
land use designation and zoning of this property let alone adjacent properties
between First Street to Fifth Street.
