I received the notice about the construction at 301 and 305 N Mountain View St. I worry that there is already limited
parking on the street and adding more units will cause more chaos. We have to walk a long distance down 5th street
to find street parking. Although this is a relatively quiet neighborhood it is not the safest at night. Not to mention no
one can afford all the new units being built all around Santa Ana. This type of housing does not benefit the people
that most need it. This housing will only benefit the developers that will line their pockets with their overpriced
housing
