Re: 301 and 305 North Mountain View Street
I own a condominium right beside the proposed development (301 and 305 North
Mountain View) and served as board member in our HOA.
Parking and noise had always been an issue, and gotten worse over time as the area
grows in population and gets more crowded.
These issues have negatively impacted the quality of life for the area current
residents. The proposed new development will further increase the population density
and aggravate the already unbearable parking and noise problems. Therefore we
vehemently and unanimously reject the proposed new development and the change
in land use designation and zoning of this property on Mountain View Street between
First and Fifth Street.
