Regarding Monday night’s planning commission meeting. We are very concerned about the medium
to high density apartments of 3-5 stories on Grand Ave from the 22 FWY to 2nd street, while at the
same time having no additional parkland? We understand that this could add 1,000 people to the
area which is already heavily impacted. We hope that the Planning Commission can develop a plan
that would be more suitable to the area and add parkland.
