Pursuant to Section 6 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2018-186 entered into by Atkinson, Andelson,
Loya, Ruud & Romo, APLC, and the City of Santa Ana, dated August 21, 2018, the time period of
said Agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period from August 21, 2021 to
August 20, 2022. The insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this
time extension. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force
and effect.
