OPERATIONAL AGREEMENT

This Operational Agreement shall stand as evidence that the Waymakers Victim/Witness
Assistance Program and the Santa Ana Police Department intend to work together toward the
mutual goal of providing maximum available assistance for crime victims and their families in
Orange County.
The Santa Ana Police Department agrees to refer victim of crime to Waymakers Victim/Witness
Assistance Program for appropriate services. The Waymakers Victim/Wimess Program agrees to
accept referrals from the Santa Ana Police Department and provides assistance to all victims and
their families. The program will coordinate all appropriate victim advocacy support services. The
Waymakers Victim/Witness Assistance Program further agrees to provide training to the staff of
the Santa Ana Police Department relative to victim issues and program services upon request.

Operational Agreement without cause at my time. This Operational Agreement is effective October I, 2021 hrough September
30,2024.
