Thank you for considering this property for historic designation. Based on the evidence in ourapplication, our hope is that the committee recognizes the significance this home has in the
Floral Park community and the city of Santa Ana.
In 2018, we moved to Floral Park because of the historic charm and strong sense community.We believe that the historic charm is preserved in Floral Park due to the strong community
that lives within. We wish to continue that tradition by obtaining historic designation for thishome. We will proudly maintain the historic characteristics with assistance of the Mills Act.
Thank you again for your consideration. As we raise our family in this home, we wound be
honored to preserve this historic property for the city of Santa Ana and so that Floral Park canremain the neighborhood it is today.
