Stevens Trus4 et. al.. Case No. 30-2020-01167808-CU-MC-NJC Pursuant to Section 5 (Transfer of Ownership) of the above -referenced Settlement Agreement, entered into by the Carl P. & Mario B. Stevens Trust and the City of Santa Ana ("Agreement"), the October 8, 2021 deadline for the close of escrow set by the I" amendment to the Agreement is hereby extended to October 29, 2021. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Carl P. & Marion B. Stevens Trust, et al. Commercial Property located at 936 E. 2"d Street — SECOND AMENDMENT to Agreement Number N-2021-176 (Settlement and Compliance Agreements) PLEASE DO NOT SCAN THIS MEMORANDUM INTO LASERFICHE BACKGROUND: This case has been settled and the original Settlement Agreement was executed on September 13, 2021. An amendment to said agreement was executed on September 27, 2021 in order to allow additional time for escrow to close. It is now necessary to execute a second amendment to fin-ther extend the escrow deadline. Escrow is expected to close this week, but out of an abundance of caution, the parties have extended the deadline to October 29, 2021.
