This loner represents the First Amendment to your SpeakeriTerformcr Engagements Agreement N-2020-
115-01 with the City of Santa Ana ("City") entered into on December 0, 2020 ("said Agreement").
In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties agree to amend said Agreement
in order to extend the term through December 31, 2022, and to update the schedule or events, including
approval of an event that was scheduled on October 12, 2021. Specifically, attached hereto as Exhibit 1 is
a new Program Schedule that shall be used to append to Exhibit A in said Agreement,
Except as hercinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect.
