Dear Historic Resources Commission,
I am writing to you in support of the application No 2021-08 for additions to the 1226 S Birch
property by Fredericka "Ricki" Older. Ricki has been instrumental in helping maintain the
historic character of Wilshire Square and we can be assured that any changes or modifications
to the subject property will have appropriate considerations for the historic nature of the
home.
