Re: Second and Final Extension of Consultant Agreement No A-2016-309
To Municode LLC:
On November 15, 2016, the City of Santa Ana ("City") entered into Agreement No. A-2016-
309 ("Agreement') with Municipal Code Corporation, a Florida corporation. On August 20, 2021,
Municipal Code Corporation officially converted its corporate registration to Municode, LLC, a
Delaware limited liability company and notified City of said change in company name and registration.
Pursuant to Section 3 of the Agreement, the term of the Agreement with Municode, LLC, is hereby
extended for an additional two (2) year period from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2023. The
insurance certificates are required to be extended and/or renewed to cover this extension. All other
terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
