I strongly opposed to allow the said units due to the fact that it el will affect the home values of the
Neighborhood and it will add more trouble to the already overwhelmed parking problem.
Also the current landscape of the home around will be affected. We don’t want lots been subdivided. My vote is to
don’t grant the permit.
