To City of Santa Ana Zoning Board:
My name is Michael Reyes. I live at 1514 W. 9th Street; right next to property that is being
considered to development. My family moved there in 1962. My wife and I have lived there since
1998. Since we have lived at this site there has been an increase in multiple family’s living in homes
on our street. This increase has had a negative effect on parking. The majority of the time cars are
parked in front of my and neighbor’s homes from families that live down the street. The cars often
park there for three to four or more days. On several occasions I could not put my trash out due to
no place in front of my home to put my cans. By allowing more homes to be built especially in
named location, parking issues would only increase and leading to more problems. Please do not
approve these houses to be built. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
