1.Hold A Public Hearing and Adopt a Resolution Approving
the following:
A.Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) in
accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA)
B.Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (MMRP)

Project Description
1.Proposed well will be located on East
Washington Avenue and Penn Way
2.Construction of a new groundwater well,
well building, and water resources materials
storage facility
3.The new well will have a design capacity of
2,500 to 3,000 GPM
4.The new well will improve pressure and
reliability of the water system in that zone
