Hello,
I'm Jenn Au, a resident of Santa Ana's Ward 1, and I am advocating for maps SARC 1 & SARC 2 proposed by
the Santa Ana Redistricting Committee. These maps are crucial to the fair representation of the city's mobile
home park residents. As one of Santa Ana's few remaining affordable housing options, mobile home parks
provide an indispensable service to the city's low-income families. Moreover, mobile home parks house many
of Santa Ana's elderly Vietnamese population. Given the historical context of Little Saigon and the city's
Vietnamese diaspora, protecting the seniors who founded these communities is instrumental to the preservation
of Vietnamese culture in Santa Ana.
