Dear Historic Resource Committee,
My name is Kim Tapfer and I am an owner of the Historic First National Bank Building (102-106 W. 4th St.) As an owner of an historic building I understand how important it is to preserve Santa Ana's rich historic history and this project will do just that. This project will preserve the decorative brick detailing along the second floorexterior walls and will restore many of its grand features such as the cornice and prismatic glazing. Quite simple this project will restore the Finnley building's former beauty and will greatly enhance the street scape of our beloved Calle Cuartro.
Also this building will bring other wonderful businesses to our downtown community. Given all this I am in full and enthusiastic support of this application.
