Dear Eric and the city council.
I own three buildings in the area. Two on Cape Cod and another nearby. 2310 and 2220 Cape
Cod are the buildings on Cape Cod.
Has anyone visited Cape Cod at night? The place has too many homeless people living onthe street and the city does not seem to do anything about it.
Many of the buildings are also in disrepair. Should you not enforce basic upkeep codes?
These people has many issues including drinking too much alcohol.
I would like the city to do something about this. My company ends up cleaning some of themesses these people create.
I am sympathetic to their issues to some degree, but the last thing we need in the area is either
a marijuana dispensary or in this case a place where these homeless people can more easilybuy alcoholic beverages.
This area is an industrial area. Please help support our industry and expedite normal business
permits. You guys are taking way too long on this but that is another matter.
If someone wants to sell alcohol, there are plenty of places where beer etc. can be sold.
This is quite simply a terrible idea.
