Dear Mayor and Councilmembers;
As I am originally from the Czech Republic(1980) English is my second language. Last evening under public comments it
was my hope to request from you via the City Manager an update on status of the monies owed by the Olgulnik's to the
City regarding 2525 N. Main Street. It is my understanding that this amount is in excess of$60,000 and could be as
much as$100,000. Given the reports I read in the newspapers of how Mr. Olgulnik continues to be a man not of his
word I think every effort needs to be made to hold him accountable. My understanding this money has been
outstanding for quite some time.
Please follow up with me as to what is being done to collect these monies owed to us Santa Ana Taxpayers.
