CITY OF SANTA ANA
THIS AMENDMENT NO. 11 is effective as of this 1&+h day of Si nP 2022
("Effective Date"), by and between the Orange County Transportation Authority, 550 South Main Street,
P.O. Box 14184, Orange, CA 92863-1584, a public corporation of the State of California (hereinafter
referred to as "AUTHORITY"), and the City of Santa Ana, 20 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, CA 92701
(hereinafter referred to as "CITY").
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, by Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 dated June 12, 2006, as last changed by
Amendment No. 10, dated October 28, 2021, AUTHORITY and CITY entered into a cooperative
agreement for the Bristol Street Widening Project; and
WHEREAS, CITY and AUTHORITY agree to extend the term of the Agreement by twelve (12)
months to allow City the time necessary to reconcile all expenditures, including sale of excess
properties.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually understood and agreed by AUTHORITY and CITY that
Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 is hereby amended in the following particulars only:
1. Amend ARTICLE 2. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS page 3 of 26, paragraph B, line 3, last
changed by Amendment No. 10, dated October 28, 2021, to delete "June 30, 2022" as the expiration
date of the agreement and, in lieu thereof, insert "June 30, 2023."

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Amendment No. 11 to
Cooperative Agreement No. C-6-0069 to be executed as of the date of the last signature below.
