RECITALS air A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2022-283 ("Agreement") dated September 27, 2022, to a� retain a Speaker/Performer to provide co -emcee and Vietnamese language translation services at ® the City's Mid -Autumn Festival. B. The Speaker/Performer's services contemplated by this Agreement have been performed. C. Speaker/Performer was required to obtain insurance for the event at an additional cost. D. The parties now wish to amend the Agreement to increase the compensation term of the Agreement to include the cost of insurance. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 5, Compensation, is hereby amended to increase the total sum to be expended under the term of the Agreement by $143.25. The total Agreement shall not exceed amount $1,143.25. 2. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, shall remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to the Agreement on the date and year first written above.
