Environmental Impact:In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the CEQA Guidelines, the project is exempt from further review pursuant to Section 15331 of the CEQA Guidelines (Class 31 – Historical Resource Restoration/Rehabilitation) as these actions are designed to preserve historic resources. Notice of Exemption, Environmental Review No. 2022­84 will be filed for this project. Recommended Action: Recommend that the City Council authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute a Historic Property Preservation Agreement (Mills Act) with Duane Rohrbacher ;and Shannon Quihuiz for the property located at 419 E. Environmental Impact: In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended action is exempt from further review under Section 15331, Class 31, as this action is designed to preserve a historic resource. Categorical Exemption No. 2022­45 will be filed for this project.
