N-2019-221-02 �k SECOND AMENDMENT TO INTERAGENCY FLEET QATE: DEC 0 2 2022 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES AGREEMENT B:PWA [2) �� $1 (A01 THIS SECOND AMENDMENT to the above -referenced agreement is entered into on October 31, 2022 by and between the Orange County Fire Authority, a California Joint Powers Authority ("OCFA"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Agreement No. N-2019-221, dated November 1, 2019, by which City agreed to provide as -needed maintenance and repair services for OCFA's heavy duty and light duty vehicles mid apparatus at the City Yard ("Agreement"). B. On October 31, 2020, the Parties entered into a First Amendment to extend the term of the Agreement through October 31, 2022. The Agreement is current and in effect. C. The parties now wish to extend the term of the Agreement. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Section 2, Term and Termination, is amended to extend the term of the Agreement through October 31,2023. 2. Except as modified by this Second Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
