Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term") of Agreement No. A-2019-037, entered between Benefit Financial Services
Group, LLC and the City of Santa Ana, dated March 5, 2019, and upon the full execution of this extension
letter below, the Parties hereby exercise the one (1) optional two (2) year extension of the Term of the
Agreement, thus extending the time period of said Agreement for an additional two (2) year period from
December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2024. All other terms and conditions of said Agreement remain
unchanged and in full force and effect.
