Pursuant to Section 3 ("Term"), of the above referenced Agreement #N-2022-090, entered into by
Thompson & Thompson Real Estate Valuation and Consulting, Inc. and the City of Santa Ana, dated
March 22, 2022, the tern for this agreement is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period
from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Any insurance certificates are to be extended and/or
renewed to cover this extension. All other terns and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged
and in full force and effect.
