Auto Theft it's has gone up 20% since the pandemic and is only getting worse. On Jan 4th 2023 my car was stolen from my driveway/closed fence. Suspect entered my property open the gate like he lived there and drove away. What really grinds my gears is the process... Wait! there isn't one because you wait until the criminal is quote "done" with the vehicle and contact the owner. Also was told by SAPD you want us to go out& look for your car? Is this is what my taxes pay for? Losers to thrive in so called gentrificated city. Mayor elect Valerie A proudly took office to enacted change nows the time. I challenge her to do so. My concern is that Santa Ana is rotting away with all the drugs being sold and consumed in plain sight. I feel that the City is wasting it's resources on" beautifying the city' instead of addressing real issues. We need to have cops patrolling constantly every mile of this city and not allowing people on skateboards to freely deal drugs. You may say there is no money for this, but Santa Ana has money and it needs to use it in the appropriate manners. Do not let this city slip away. It's starting to look like downtown LA and or Mexico. Concerned citizen Marisela Avalos 1
